Pilot pay increase and other changes coming to TPC Charters Airline.
From TPC Charters HQ: Our Pilots have been working hard this year seeking out and flying profitable jobs that have resulted in continued growth for our VA. This allows the Charters management team to do the thing they enjoy most: giving back to the Charters community.
Here are the changes you will see going into effect in May 2023:
The Pilot pay will be increased from 20% to 25%.
All Pilots will now be allowed to have up to two aircraft of any type that is currently supported by TPC Charters assigned to them. Yes, this means that you may now have up to two airliners that are in the Medium Range classificaton or lower if you so choose. Refer to the Charters Pilot Guide for details on becoming a certified TPC Charters airliner pilot. We do ask that you only request a second aircraft if you intend to keep them both busy.
