Explorer Flight Missions: Top 5 highest customer satisfaction mega airports in the U.S.

This month we wanted to bring you 5 mega airports in the U.S. with the highest customer satisfaction in 2024. These are the mega airports that J.D. Power found scored the highest for overall customer satisfaction. The study considered airports that handle more than 33 million flyers annually to fall in the "mega" category. (source)

3. KPHX: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport

More than 48 million travelers went through Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, which placed third with a 633 customer satisfaction score, over the course of last year. (source)

 
 

 

4. KJFK: John F. Kennedy International Airport

John F. Kennedy International Airport ranked No. 4 for overall customer satisfaction, J.D. Power said. The airport is located outside of New York City in the borough of Queens. (source)

 
 

 

5. KDFW: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
