This month we wanted to bring you 5 mega airports in the U.S. with the highest customer satisfaction in 2024. These are the mega airports that J.D. Power found scored the highest for overall customer satisfaction. The study considered airports that handle more than 33 million flyers annually to fall in the "mega" category. (source)

John F. Kennedy International Airport ranked No. 4 for overall customer satisfaction, J.D. Power said. The airport is located outside of New York City in the borough of Queens. (source)
5. KDFW: Dallas Fort Worth International Airport
Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, fifth among mega airports, provides flights to 193 domestic and 67 international nonstop destinations, according to its website. (source)
